Christinne Johnson

Christinne Johnson (MBA in General Business, University of Colorado at Denver) retired from FirstBank in 2021 as the chief human resources officer (CHRO). She worked at FirstBank for nearly 25 years leading transformational initiatives throughout her tenure. As the CHRO, Christinne led a full transformation of the human resources function, which earned HR a seat on the executive leadership team. Throughout her time with FirstBank, she worked in many areas of the business including retail, compliance, operations, technology, and project management. Christinne has served on several non-profit boards, supporting causes related to children and education.
