More about Quentin Mackey

Quentin Mackey is the Principal Group Program Manager (Head of New Modules, Microsoft Viva). He leads a Team of Product Managers responsible for two products in the Microsoft Viva Insights Experience Area, Viva Pulse, and Glint.

Quentin brings over 20 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Transformation processes, HR Techs products, and technology. Prior to joining Microsoft Quentin lead a team in KMPG’s Human Capital Advisory practice working with customers going through Employee Experience and HR Transformations where he worked with a wide range of HR and Employee Experience solutions, and before joining KPMG he was a Director on the product team at ServiceNow who built the Employee Workflows solutions (HR Case Management, Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Service Center, and Document Management).

Both Viva Pulse and Glint are ‘voice of the employee’ solutions helping organizations gather feedback and insights to drive better employee experience, performance, and productivity.
