The power of leadership reinvention!

This video tells a powerful reinvention story that leadership should really take to heart.

I have been utilizing video a lot lately to impart the importance of putting employees first.

The video that touches me most in my heart is the one on leadership reinvention.

I fear that many leaders think that they cannot change who they are and how they reveal themselves to their teams, but I beg to differ.

I believe that they can want to be better managers, better people. Oftentimes, leaders just don’t know where to start.

I say, ‘Just do it.’

You have to have a deep desire to want to change. Once you have that, anything is possible. Watch this video to hear a great story of reinvention.
