Wendy H Steele is the Founder & Chief Executive at Impact100 Global, a non-profit organization that unites and empowers women to give together and create transformational impact, both locally and globally. With a simple yet powerful model, Impact100 Global brings 100 women together who donate $1,000 each, resulting in a collective donation of $100,000 to a local charity that all members have a say in. This model has proven to be incredibly effective in addressing some of the most pressing problems facing humanity, and they don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

Wendy resides in Tampa Bay, Florida, and enjoys reading, writing, traveling, walking the beach, and spending time with her husband Rick, her five adult children, and as well as her dog, Gracie. Founder & CEO of Impact100, launched in 2001. Wendy is dedicated to encouraging women to see themselves as both activists and philanthropists. Wendy was selected by Forbes for July 2021, 50 over 50 impact list recognizing women changing communities. Featured as a guest speaker on TEDxBocaRaton in 2014 where she discussed what contagious generosity means. in 2020, Wendy was named Distinguished Honoree of the Jones Prize in Philanthropy from the Institute of Private Investors, and also awarded the 2014 Jefferson Award for Public Service for her work with Impact100. Wendy was featured in several books. Wendy lives by the motto “Not I, but we.”
