A Custom Roadmap to Better Active Listening 

I like to lead by example, and in my talks I focus heavily on the fact that we all have the ability to create more robust workplace cultures by being active listeners. As a workplace expert and CEO of a consulting company that focus on creating GREAT workplaces, I have learned that the key is active listening.

This year I published my third book, The Art of Active Listening. I wrote this book because most people think that active listening is simply opening our ears to hear what someone is saying to us, and then asking them questions. But there’s so much more to listening than that.
