About the Author
Heather R. Younger is the founder and CEO of Employee Fanatix. Her organization’s mission is to inspire and train leaders to put their culture and employees first. This includes Diversity and Inclusion consulting, leadership development training, coaching and facilitation, employee focus group moderation, and consulting with organizations on strategies to improve employee engagement. Heather is an adjunct professor in organizational leadership at University of Denver’s University College, a member of the National Speakers’ Association, a DISC® certified trainer and coach, expert in emotional intelligence, and she has a law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder School of Law.
